Yoga is an ancient practice. It unites both body and mind through physical movement, breath and meditation. It helps build body strength, enhances flexibility and mental clarity.
Is a dynamic practice linking breath with movement. Each teacher has their own style of teaching; there is no set sequence, the teacher creates the sequence which can be slow and alignment based or more vigorous and dynamic. This is one of the most popular styles of yoga.
Is a slower paced style of yoga. Expect to hold postures for a longer period of time
It helps calm and balance the mind and strengthen the body.
These classes allow you to stay healthy in body and mind during your pregnancy and postnatal journey. I offer private 1-1 classes or a small group class for yourself and fellow Mum's to be.
